Our Quality Guarantee: Ninfa Flowers LLC guarantees the premium commercial quality, freshness, and structural health of all imported flowers up until the exact moment of delivery or physical hand-off from our designated Handler Company.

Buyer Inspection Responsibility: Upon delivery at your designated location or physical pick-up from our Handler Company's dock, Or our Warehouse, the transfer of liability shifts entirely to the buyer. It is the absolute responsibility of each customer to thoroughly inspect and review the quality, stem count, and overall condition of the products immediately upon receiving or picking up the order.
Comprehensive Claims & Disputes Protocol
Because fresh-cut flowers are highly perishable living products, time is of the essence when documenting and resolving quality discrepancies. We enforce a strict protocol to process valid claims fairly and efficiently:

The 3-Day Filing Window: All claims, quality complaints, or product discrepancies must be formally submitted within three (3) calendar days of receiving or picking up the flowers. Claims filed after this strict 3-day window will be systematically closed and will not qualify for credits, adjustments, or replacements.

Official Communications Channel: To ensure proper tracking, documentation, and prompt resolution, all claims must be sent in writing exclusively to our designated email address: claims@ninfaflowers.cn.

Mandatory Supporting Evidence: To facilitate a fast assessment and secure credit validation from our growers, every submitted claim must be accompanied by robust visual verification, including:

High-resolution digital photographs clearly displaying the condition of the flowers.

Comprehensive video footage documenting the exact quality issues.

Visual evidence that explicitly accounts for and verifies all of the claimed stems. Claims submitted with missing, incomplete, or vague visual evidence cannot be processed.

Explicit Transportation Cost Exclusion
Ninfa Flowers LLC operates strictly on a product-value basis regarding quality claims.

Transportation Disclaimer: Under no circumstances will our company assume liability, reimburse, or accept claims for logistics, shipping, domestic freight, or handling costs. We will not accept claims for the cost of transportation. Any credit, refund, or financial adjustment granted will be strictly limited to the invoice value of the affected floral stems themselves.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing a commercial purchase order, executing a wholesale supply agreement, or accepting a shipment from Ninfa Flowers LLC, the client explicitly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by all the terms, conditions, credit guidelines, inspection mandates, and claims limitations outlined in this company policy.
