Damaged or Defective Flowers

At Ninfaflowers, we take pride in the quality of our flowers and our customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution. If a refund or exchange is required, we will work with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Change of Mind

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us improve our packaging and quality control processes.
